Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To ensure we comply with safeguarding and FA rules
• We use the information that you have given us in order to:
• To allow the individual to engage in the football sessions
• To ensure the safety of any individual involved

We may share this information with football coaches we contract on the day but do not allow them to keep this data.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. We keep the information you provide until 3 months have lapsed from the previous event. We will then dispose your information by deleting all the appropriate information.
